Refunds are reviewed individually
Each request is carefully assessed case by case. Refunds or replacements will not be granted for vague or unjustified claims. -
Unopened Products
If your product is unopened, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure a fair and sustainable process, full refunds apply to orders valued up to $100.
For higher-value orders, partial refunds or store credits may be offered, depending on the case and condition of the returned product.
