    Attach a clear photo showing the condition of the item.

  3. Explain the reason for your request
    Please provide a brief explanation — for example:
    • Damaged on arrival
    • Received the wrong item
    • Product not functioning as described

  4. Refunds are reviewed individually
    Each request is carefully assessed case by case. Refunds or replacements will not be granted for vague or unjustified claims.

  5. Unopened Products
    If your product is unopened, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure a fair and sustainable process, full refunds apply to orders valued up to $100.
For higher-value orders, partial refunds or store credits may be offered, depending on the case and condition of the returned product.
